I had a brilliant student in one of my workshops state that there are only 3 ways to use time. He said that we can sell our time, invest our time or waste our time. As I have thought about this comment, and looked back on my life I realise that I have wasted so much time. In fact even when I was selling my time and investing my time, at the core often I was wasting my time. The biggest reason for this is my reluctance, or resistance to planning. Planning takes time. Planning takes mental focus and energy. Planning is a vital part of all success, and it is a principle that successful people understand and live. Planning is not only goal setting. It’s not only about the big picture. It is about all the small details. It is about the moments in our lives, and making those small moments count. Whilst I understand the importance of planning, often I feel like it is a waste of time because I am so focussed on taking action. However planning is an important aspect of ‘sharpening the saw’. My brother in law and I were using an electric chainsaw that was…
Often when we are honest with ourselves, we realise that stories are a critical factor in life. The stories that we tell ourselves affect our experience of life. This experience can be positive or negative, based on the stories we choose to believe. I say ‘choose to believe ‘ for a reason. It does matter what we believe. Our beliefs are foundational to the results that holding onto those beliefs produce in our lives. The creation of our world is a construct based on our beliefs. Einstein said, “we are boxed in by the boundary conditions of our thinking”. For example, I believe that empowerment is the best way to live. I believe that empowerment enables a person to take control of their life, and consciously and deliberately create the future they want. This to me is critical, and therefore I spend time and energy planning my work, my relationships, and my physical body through self-development. I also teach others how to take control of their unconscious expectations of the future, and reduce those things that they don’t want and increase those things that they do want. I also believe that teaching is another form of learning, and so I teach for the…
If you want to be great, be grateful. The world is full of highly successful people, who have accumulated a lot of money, a lot of property, a lot of material possessions and a lot of knowledge. You do not have to travel far to discover that some of these people, though wealthy, are not happy in their core. They are not living a life of fulfillment. The same rings true for the poor and destitute. Some have very meager means and yet radiate happiness and fulfillment, yet others are weighed down by the troubles of life. Fulfillment really has little to do with prosperity. It has everything to do with how grateful we are, and there are some very basic and logical reasons for this. For some Happiness does indeed come from money. This is only up to a point. Once our needs and some of our wants have been met there is no more happiness to be found in money. Therefore we must look to find happiness in some other way. As we consider the contrast between the fulfilled, and unfulfilled, let us consider the 4 ways that gratitude leads to a fulfilling life. For the past year…
AccessWorld Seminars. About the Company. AccessWorld Seminars was established in September 2015. The purpose of AccessWorld Seminars is to create an organisation that promotes EMPOWERMENT. AccessWorld Seminars was created as a vehicle to assist people to break away from the trance that many find themselves stuck in. This trance is the trance of DISEMPOWERMENT. AccessWorld Seminars utilises many teaching and training programs to accomplish this end. These programs consist of seminars, workshops, life coaching and re-patterning sessions. Seminars provide a ‘saturation environment’ in which transformation is the focus. There is something magical that happens when a group of people learn and grow together. Seminars are designed to build your belief, stretch your thinking, have you experience strong positive emotions and gain emotional mastery. When in a peak emotional state, your decision making ability is enhanced, as is confidence and self-belief. You will experience total empowerment and the ability to take full control of your life. Workshops are designed to teach you to use the tools and skills of coaching and Neurological Re-patterning. They are designed to give you practical experience in a safe learning environment, so that you can create change in your own life…
Why do I prime? Firstly I have a believing heart, and I have been told in the past by one I would consider wise that certain actions produce certain results. That seems very evident and almost third grade. When I hear a statement like this from one who is wealthy, happy, content and fulfilled, then I will listen and then model what they themselves have done. I attended an event in September 2015 with Tony Robbins. The event was unbelievable for me. I used so much energy as I really wanted to get an extreme amount out of the event. Therefore my investment was tremendous. I really do not think I have ever invested so much effort and energy to one event ever in my life. Considering my diet, I amazed myself and others in the auditorium. Others appreciated the level of energy that I displayed. Prior to the event I read the words to the effect, “one can be excited for a day or a week, but to be excited for 20 years will give you the life of your dreams”. I read this quote and immediately thought to myself. “Impossible”. I thought about the emotions that I experienced…
There are a great deal of people who believe that their product or service is great value. The value of any service or product is not always reflected in the sales. It is not always reflected in revenue or profits. It is not always received in the manner intended, neither does it always live up to its promises. The strength and value of a product or service is only as good as its ability to be measured, weighed in the balance and compared. When a product is tested against other products, this yields quantifiable results. For example a vacuum cleaner can be tested to see how much dust it collects. A cleaning product can be tested to see how shiny a surface becomes, and a knife could be tested for its ability to remain sharp after excessive use. A product can therefore be tested, measured, evaluated and reviewed. A service in the form of education or up-skilling is somewhat different. We have moved into the Information Age, and the value of knowledge has never been higher. Ideas and concepts, though intangible, hold the key to health, wealth, and success. Information cannot be quantified, weighted or tested in the same way…
I have been thinking a lot about values over the last couple of days. Values are simply judgements about something. Judgements are split into two categories. The first is made up of things that you may like. The second is made of things you may dislike. The reasons or judgments about why you like or dislike that thing is a key in determining your set of values. For example; You may like exercise. You may dislike running. You may like eating fish. You may dislike Lamb shanks. You may like self-improvement. You may dislike religion. You may like computer games. You may dislike public speaking. Our likes and dislikes create feelings, attitudes and beliefs. These feelings, attitudes and beliefs result in us finding certain attributes or qualities important to us and our life. As we consider what is important in a certain area of life we are in fact thinking about our values. One of the best ways of eliciting values from a person is to ask the question. What is important to you in that area? As an example if you wanted to know what your physical fitness values were, you might ask yourself…
Did some work with a woman who refused to resolve an issue during the first session. There was strong resistance. This resistance has been causing her to remain stagnant. Her progression halted to a stop, and she was unable to let go of her past. She had learned that “Love” was the highest positive value for the part of herself that wanted great physical health. She also learned that “Love” was the highest positive value for the part of her that wanted to eat poorly and use food as a means of comfort. In both cases her unconscious mind revealed that love was the desire of her heart or the highest positive value for her life, and the symbolic representation of this was an image of a brain. In the movie “the matrix”, Morpheus explains to Neo that there is a difference between knowing the path and walking the path. One may pose the question. Why would she not walk the path, when the way is open before her? What would cause a person to reject the unification, and integration of knowledge that would alleviate an internal conflict. Why would anyone knowingly hold on to an internal conflict when that…
I was working with a man who was visiting with me and was interested in all the material that I am using and sharing. He was interested in learning the sciences of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neuro Associative Conditioning (NAC), and Neurological Re-Patterning. I have been studying this information for the last several years and only recently had I really began to teach others how it all works. Prior to this I was feeling that I did not know enough and that I was not ready. These beliefs were impeding my progress and causing me to accept a standard of life that was far below what I knew that I was capable of. (My new beliefs are I know all that I need to know to create powerful lasting change in the lives of others, and I am absolutely ready for the world to know who I am). Finally I am now living and sharing this information and having great success everywhere I go. I commented just this week to my father that “I do not fail”. I said to him, “I don’t know what has happened to me and I have never experienced anything like this before in my…
As a life coach it is imperative to be in PEAK condition. By creating immense happiness in one’s own life, we inspire others to create it in theirs. I am the happiest that I have ever been in my life, and this is because I constantly create a flood of positive emotions in my own body. The old saying is true that “you cannot lift another soul until you are standing on higher ground than he is”. In order to lift another person in the area of physical health and fitness, one would not choose a lazy coach. Just as an athlete must fuel their body appropriately, so too should a life coach. Just as one would expect a good financial adviser to be prosperous, one would expect that a life coach applies principles of financial success. Furthermore just as a relationship expert should have strong relationships, so too should a life coach. It is also relevant in the area of spirituality. As we develop a strong spiritual life we can assist others to find their purpose in life and live into a bright and compelling future. The best way to learn is to model behaviour. The best…
