Commitment.
Uplifting / January 10, 2017

There was once a young woman who had finished her degree, and she was asked by a leader to describe her experience in one word. She paused as she thought of an appropriate answer. As he was waiting the leader thought of a number of words that he would use to deprive such an achievement. He thought of the word faith, and the word discipline. After a pause, she said “the word is commitment”. Commitment is far greater than involvement. I will use a story to illustrate. There was once a politician in a small town who was in the running to become the Mayer. He knew that it was important for him to have influential people by his side. He knew of a farmer who was well respected and decided that he needed this farmer to be on side. He believed that someone with that amount of influence could sway the vote in his favor. He took a trip into the country and visited with the farmer. The farmer listened quietly while he put forward his policies and spoke about what impact could be have on local economy and the future of their small town. The farmer expressed that…

Miracles are a product of belief and action.

Why don’t we see more miracles in our world?  The answer is clear, “it is because of disbelief”.  Miracles only occur as a result of strong belief. Christianity teaches that with faith “all things are possible”. Faith is not just a passive belief, it is a principle of action. On Sunday a woman whom I know was having car issues and needed to get home.  I am not a mechanic and yet offered to help.  Others came to give aid also.  After about half an hour and numerous attempts to start the car, it still would not start.  Her husband was at work and she had four young children with her and needed to get them home.  It was suggested that we leave the car and give her a ride home, knowing they could return with a mechanic at a future time.  Another suggestion was to pray that the car would work so she could get home. The though in my mind was that we had been trying to start the car without success for half an hour.  The next though was “how could prayer help?”  I caught myself in this thought and then decided “we need the faith of…

Everything you need to Know about AccessWorldSeminars and Joshua Roy.

AccessWorld Seminars.   About the Company.   AccessWorld Seminars was established in September 2015.   The purpose of AccessWorld Seminars is to create an organisation that promotes EMPOWERMENT.  AccessWorld Seminars was created as a vehicle to assist people to break away from the trance that many find themselves stuck in.  This trance is the trance of DISEMPOWERMENT. Being grateful for hardships and challenges.

I wrote an article several months ago about gratitude.  A lot has changed in my world since this time and therefore as I prepare for my Gratitude workshop, I felt it appropriate to talk about gratitude as someone who has focused consistently on this principle now for over 12 months. The commitment that I made was to say a prayer of gratitude every morning.  When I first began this practice I was only giving gratitude for the good things in my life.  I was only grateful for my blessing.  I was only grateful for the people who love and support me.  I was only grateful for my positive emotions, for my success in financial pursuits, and the health and vitality that I enjoyed. Then something happened.  I was running with my dog and a thought come into my mind and a spiritual feeling entered my body.  The thought was “One that has a gratitude heart, will enjoy the journey, not just the end result”.  What changed at this time was that I had been thinking about the hardships of life.  I was thinking about the rejection that I had experienced.  I was thinking about the things in my life that…

How can I teach Millionaire mindset?
excited , Life , money , Purpose , responsibility , Uplifting , wealth / November 16, 2016

I was feeling as though I cannot teach wealth because I am not wealthy.  The truth is that I have never earned more than 100k in any financial year.  As I think about the wealthy people in Australia and America and in the rest of the world my income by comparison is very tiny.  To the Millionaire and Billionaire 100k is a small amount of money.  Some celebrities spend that amount on an article of clothing, a charity dinner or a vacation. I have therefore thought about the limited earning capacity that I have.  I have pondered the beliefs that I have about my value or worth.  I recall a seminar leader once stating, “You get paid exactly what you believe that you are worth”. According to this way of thinking I am worth 100k.  I do not believe that I am worth 200k or 300k or more.  If I did then I would be earning more money.  That to me sounds like a truth, and I know that as I change my belief about myself and my worth, my income will change accordingly. Here I have shared with you my limitations around earning capacity, success and money.  I therefore…

Priming – starting the day with excitement

Why do I prime? Firstly I have a believing heart, and I have been told in the past by one I would consider wise that certain actions produce certain results. That seems very evident and almost third grade. When I hear a statement like this from one who is wealthy, happy, content and fulfilled, then I will listen and then model what they themselves have done. I attended an event in September 2015 with Tony Robbins. The event was unbelievable for me. I used so much energy as I really wanted to get an extreme amount out of the event. Therefore my investment was tremendous. I really do not think I have ever invested so much effort and energy to one event ever in my life. Considering my diet, I amazed myself and others in the auditorium. Others appreciated the level of energy that I displayed. Prior to the event I read the words to the effect, “one can be excited for a day or a week, but to be excited for 20 years will give you the life of your dreams”. I read this quote and immediately thought to myself. “Impossible”. I thought about the emotions that I experienced…

Spreading Myself too thin.

Seminars, workshops, life coaching and re-patterning sessions.  Am I spreading myself too thin?  Well, the truth is that I am here, there and all over the place.  I have run a couple of seminars, on things that I have been studying for 5 years. Then I go and begin to teach about money like I’m an expert, or as if I actually know something about it. A topic that I have limited understanding about. A topic that I do not have experience in.  Some of these topics are foreign to me, and they are ideas and concepts that I myself cannot endorse through personal experience and knowledge. There is something wrong here. What I learned today was that there is a mammoth difference between teaching principles that I don’t believe, and teaching principles that I do.  The not knowing or the lack of experience could not fully support the principles that I was teaching.  In some ways I felt that my unconscious mind was working against me in the teaching of the principles. There was an in-authenticity about the teaching.  Its the old principle that in order to teach it, you must know it.  Not just know about it, but…

Love Languages and relationship adjustment

Many books have been written on love.  The famous family therapist Virginia Satir spoke about love for self and being authentic in our communication with others.  She taught that love was a powerful healing element that could reshape individuals and families. Her main focus was to empower individuals and families to take full responsibility for all that they saw, heard and felt. As she empowered people to embrace their authentic self, this assisted her clients to create change. She produced results that appeared to others to be miracles, and it also appeared that she was responsible for creating change in others.  This is not entirely accurate because she did not really do anything other than create an environment whereby others could understand that their perceptions of reality was not reality.  She would explain that the constructs of imagination, and our thoughts either empower or dis-empower. Other authors have likewise had much to write on the subject to love. Many books today speak about the 5 languages.  The premise of understanding love languages, is to assist those in relationships to identify the dominant love languages of ourselves and others. I have heard people erroneously declare that this or that person, “does…

Are you being pulled in two directions?

I attended a meeting on leadership principles.  In this meeting I was asked to come up to the front of the room with 2 other people.  While at the front of the room two of us were asked to grab the arms of the third person, one on one side and the second on the other.  I obediently grabbed onto the left arm of this man.  We were then asked to pull which we did.  I may have been a little overzealous and I pulled hard, causing both men to lose balance.  It is not as if my goal was to dislodge the arm from the shoulder socket, and yet when I play, I play to win. Pointing to the man in the middle the speaker made this point.  He stated that the man the middle represented each of us as we are being constantly pulled in two different directions.  He stated that we need to resist and remain on track and focused, and have a constant battle within ourselves in order to make good choices. Obviously he was talking about the conflict that exists between the conscious mind and the unconscious man.  In religion it is referred to as…

Healing can be as easy as counting when you understand how.

A woman  described the pain in her knee as 8 out of 10. Huge amounts of pain in her knee. I showed her how to eliminate all the pain in about 10 minutes. Both her knees were pain free. I received a text message this morning telling me that the pain is gone, and that I am a miracle worker. Today I spoke to a women with pain filled shins. She described the pain as level 5 as she walked. The pain was gone after we did the mental exercise. All it too was about 10 minutes. Headaches, back aches, cramps and pains all disappear so easily that it’s almost a joke. My hip was sore the other day. It was so sore I could not touch my toes without bending my knees. The pain and discomfort as in my right hip. I used the technique on myself and it took me three goes. I’m a little slower than others. I have more of a skeptical mind then some. So I really need to concentrate to have the technique work perfectly. I used it a little while ago when I was experiencing pain in my tooth. I learned something very…
